Orders & Shipping

Usually, your order is released from our warehouse within 48 hours after your payment has been confirmed. After it has been handed over to the delivery company, it will be delivered to you as fast as possible but no later than 7-9 business days.

If you wish to change your delivery location, you need to do it as quickly as possible, and we’ll try to help you. After we have handed over the parcel to the delivery company, you can contact the delivery company and see if they are able to deliver to a new location.
It is possible, but in that case, you should let us know as fast as possible so we can work out the best solution for you. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the delivery company, we are unable to make any changes to the order. Contact us, and we’ll try to help you.
Your order will be delivered to you by the DPD parcel delivery service.
Yes, you will be able to track your delivery. Once your order is handed over to the delivery company, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information.

Your order will be delivered free of charge if the total order value exceeds 69 EUR. 

The shipping rate for Zone 1 countries is EUR 4.90 and for Zone 2 & 3 countries, the delivery cost is EUR 9.90. VAT is included in all the shipping rates.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns. You have the right to return your order or partially or its entirety within 14 days of receiving the items. The returned item(s) must be in mint condition (unless they were damaged during transportation), that means they must be undamaged, in their unopened original packaging and unused. Damaging or removing the plastic cover is also considered opening the package. Return expenses are to be covered by the customer (EUR 10.00), and the transportation fee is non-refundable. We will refund the amount paid for returned products within 30 days of when we have received the items.

Yes, you can exchange the products you receive. You can exchange for different products sold at our webstore. Return expenses are to be covered by the customer (EUR 10.00), and the transportation fee is non-refundable.
If you receive incorrect or faulty items, we will exchange them for you or refund your payment. We will also refund the delivery cost when exchanging or refunding incorrect or faulty items.

Yes, we do! Your order will be delivered for free if the total order value exceeds EUR 69.
